Mix Vegetables ..... For  Healthy and Tasty Meal Ingredients - Paneer (Cottage Cheese), Gobhi (Cauliflower), Carrot, Dhaniya (Coriander), Capsicum, Peas (Matar), Refined. Spices - Salt, Heeng, Jeera (Cumin), Dhaniya Powder, Aamchur (Khatai or Dry Mango Powder), Garam Masala, Haldi, Chilli Powder Preparation Step 1 - Cut all the Vegetables and Wash.  Step 2 - Heat Refined in pan and add 1/4 tbsp Heeng, 1/4 tbsp Jeera in it on high flame. Step 3 - When Jeera becomes brown add 1/2 tbsp Haldi and add all the Vegetables. Step 4 - Add Salt and Mix and Cover with Lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes on Low Flame. Step 5 - When cooked, add 1/2 tbsp Dhaniya powder, 1/2 chilli powder, 1/2 pisi khatai, 1/4 Garam Masala and Mix again while in Low Flame. Step 6 - Add Paneer in it and Mix again. Step 7 - Cook for 2-3 minutes and stir on low flame. Step 8 - Put the stove off and Garnisg with Coriander or Dhaniya and Mix Step 9 - Enjoy with Roti, Pudhi, Naan Tas...

Noodles (Chowmien)

Ingredients - Noodles ( You can also use Moti Siwai, available in General Stores ), Sliced Cabbage, Capsicum, Onion, Soya Sauce, White Vinegar, Ajinomoto, Salt Recipe : Step 1 -   Boil the Noodles taking Water and 1 tbsp of Refined Oil and Let the Water Drain & Keep aside & Let it Cool. Step 2 -   Put a Pinch of Ajinomoto and little amount of Soya Sauce (2 or 3 Tbsp according to Quantity). Step 3 -   Heat refined oil in Fry Pan and Fry all the Vegetables on High Flame. You can also add Red Chilli if you want Spicy and add Salt. Step 4 - Add Noodles in Same Fry Pan and Fry For 5-7 Minute. Step 5 - Serve the Noodles on Plate and Add Tomato & Chilli Sauce Wohoo !!! Your Taste is Ready on Your Plate ! Enjoy Your Meal !  STAY HEALTHY! STAY SAFE!

Garlic Bread (Homemade)

Garlic Bread Homemade Recipe Ingredients - Butter, Bread, Garlic Cloves, Cheeze, Oregano or Preferred Spices. Step 1   -   Grate some Cheese (Processed or Mozerella) Step 2 - Take 5-6 Garlic Cloves and Crush Them and Keep aside in a Plate/Bowl. Step 3 - Take 200 g of Butter in Bowl and Melt it. Step 4 - Put all the Garlic Cloves in the Bowl with Melted Butter and Mix it. Step 5 - Spread the Butter Mix on the Bread Slices and Top it with Grated Cheese Step 6 - Put the Bread in Microwave Grill and Microwave it in Convection mode (180°C) for 3-4 minutes.
