Noodles (Chowmien)
Ingredients - Noodles ( You can also use Moti Siwai, available in General Stores ), Sliced Cabbage, Capsicum, Onion, Soya Sauce, White Vinegar, Ajinomoto, Salt
Recipe :
Step 1 - Boil the Noodles taking Water and 1 tbsp of Refined Oil and Let the Water Drain & Keep aside & Let it Cool.
Step 2 - Put a Pinch of Ajinomoto and little amount of Soya Sauce (2 or 3 Tbsp according to Quantity).
Step 3 - Heat refined oil in Fry Pan and Fry all the Vegetables on High Flame. You can also add Red Chilli if you want Spicy and add Salt.
Step 4 - Add Noodles in Same Fry Pan and Fry For 5-7 Minute.
Step 5 - Serve the Noodles on Plate and Add Tomato & Chilli Sauce
