Mix Vegetables Recipe


Mix Vegetables ..... For Healthy and Tasty Meal

Ingredients - Paneer (Cottage Cheese), Gobhi (Cauliflower), Carrot, Dhaniya (Coriander), Capsicum, Peas (Matar), Refined.

Spices - Salt, Heeng, Jeera (Cumin), Dhaniya Powder, Aamchur (Khatai or Dry Mango Powder), Garam Masala, Haldi, Chilli Powder

Preparation

Step 1 - Cut all the Vegetables and Wash. 

Step 2 - Heat Refined in pan and add 1/4 tbsp Heeng, 1/4 tbsp Jeera in it on high flame.

Step 3 - When Jeera becomes brown add 1/2 tbsp Haldi and add all the Vegetables.

Step 4 - Add Salt and Mix and Cover with Lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes on Low Flame.

Step 5 - When cooked, add 1/2 tbsp Dhaniya powder, 1/2 chilli powder, 1/2 pisi khatai, 1/4 Garam Masala and Mix again while in Low Flame.

Step 6 - Add Paneer in it and Mix again.

Step 7 - Cook for 2-3 minutes and stir on low flame.

Step 8 - Put the stove off and Garnisg with Coriander or Dhaniya and Mix

Step 9 - Enjoy with Roti, Pudhi, Naan
